Your drug sample will be collected by a certified technician using industry-standard procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent tampering. Depending on the type of test, the sample may be urine, saliva, hair, or blood, and will be collected in a secure, confidential environment.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits offered after the point of sale. Appointments that are not cancelled AT LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50.00 Cancellation/No Show Fee. This fee will be billed directly to the patient and must be paid before the rescheduled appointment. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
Currently we do not accept medical insurance. In some cases, your lab test and its payment may be accepted and reimbursed by your insurance company in accordance with the terms of your policy. Please check with your insurance company.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer payment plans. All payments are due in full at the time of service.
