How long does it take to get results from a drug test?

Most results are available within 24-48 hours, depending on the type of test and the substances being screened.

Yes, we offer DOT-regulated drug testing services and ensure full compliance with federal standards.

Yes, we can tailor the drug testing panel to detect specific substances based on your organization’s needs.

What happens if an employee tests positive?

If an employee tests positive, we work with employers to follow the appropriate next steps, which may include return-to-duty testing or referral to an employee assistance program (EAP).

How is my Drug sample collected?

Your drug sample will be collected by a certified technician using industry-standard procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent tampering. Depending on the type of test, the sample may be urine, saliva, hair, or blood, and will be collected in a secure, confidential environment.

What if I arrive late to the appointment or need to cancel?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits offered after the point of sale. Appointments that are not cancelled AT LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50.00 Cancellation/No Show Fee. This fee will be billed directly to the patient and must be paid before the rescheduled appointment. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, it will be considered a no-show.

How do I choose the right Drug test for me?
Will my medical insurance, Medicare or Medicaid pay for my test?

Currently we do not accept medical insurance. In some cases, your lab test and its payment may be accepted and reimbursed by your insurance company in accordance with the terms of your policy. Please check with your insurance company.

Do You Offer Any Payment Plans?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer payment plans. All payments are due in full at the time of service.
